Careers
Careers Office are extending an invitation for Y13 students to participate in the Wellington Tertiary Open Day
This will be a great opportunity for students to have a look around some of the Wellington campuses, talk to tutors, learn more about the different programmes offered from level 4 cert to level 7 bachelors degree. There will be in-class demonstrations where they can interact with current students and there will also be presentations running every hour from 10am about what courses you study and discussions about future career paths.
Date: Friday August 23 August Time: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm Venue: Wellington Travel: Bus cost: free. If you wish to attend this event, please see Mr Maclean asap to register your interest

First Aid Course

Junior Writing Competition
Now open. If you like writing then give the competition a go - you might win first prize of a $50 Westfield voucher or a $40 voucher for 2nd prize. The topic is a dystopian theme short story about "The worst nightmare". The word count is 350 words and it can be written in te reo or english. The judges are Mrs Aitken and Miss Bicknell. All entries to be handed or emailed to Mrs Y in the library by 30 August 2019.

Due to the Waiopehu Sports Exchange today, there is no netball practice for teams 3, 4 and 5.
