If you are a Senior Student and interested in overseeing the Social Basketball League on a Wednesday night see Mrs Manuel for more details.
If you are interested in playing the following sports then register at the sports office: Cross Country,:North Island Road & Track Cycling Champs; U15 Hurricanes Tournament.
Junior Netball - It's not too late to join a team. If you are wanting to play but missed trials, see Mrs Manuel as there are teams that need players.

Official Senior Formal
Year 12 & 13 The Official Senior Formal will be held at Te Papa on 30th August. If you don't already have a permission slip, please come down to the canteen at lunch times. Chocolate boxes will also be available to cut down the ticket prices of $85.

Senior Formal Fundraise
If you wish to fundraise for a ticket to the formal then Chocolate boxes will be available to sell from Monday on- wards. To purchase a box of chocolates you will need to bring in $36.00. The formal committee will be located in the canteen on Monday lunchtime. The profit from the sale is $24.00. For further details talk to Jordan and the committee on Monday at lunchtime.

Inter Whanau Badminton
Next week, week 2, will be the start of the season Inter-Whanau Competition, which will be badminton. The competition will be based on year level. It will be doubles so two in a team, (must be from same whanau). Monday lunch is Year 9, Tuesday Year 10, Wednesday Year 11 and Thursday Year 12 and 13. Please be at the big gym at the start of lunch, as games will start promptly. Come along, have some fun and earn those points for your whanau.

Cellphone went missing during period one on Wednesday. It is a black samsung trend. Please if you have found this please pop it into the front office or the student centre. Thank you

If you have any old newspapers at home, or lying around in your office, the ART DEPARTMENT would very much appreciate them. PLEASE if you can drop this off to their office or to front office reception thank you.

First Aid Course
The last First Aid course of the year is next week - all day Tuesday and Wednesday, there are still a few vacancies. It is a really good certificate to have on your CV when you are applying for courses and jobs at the end of the year and is necessary for nursing, police, sports and useful for trades and army,navy etc. The following students have their names down - Vincent Goodman, Jack Morrisey, Matthew Algar, Josephine Misa, Jade Paki, Lateesha Vaauu, Edwena Vailalo,

Apprenticeships In Digital Printing
There are 3 apprenticeships available in the printing industry - these are great opportunities if you are ready to leave school and want training in a growth industry. For two of the positions you need to have a bit of a creative flair, have good computer skills and be a quick learner. The third position requires someone with mechanical aptitude and physically fit to work in the Bindery section. See Ms Burton in the Careers Office for more information.
