A pair of school shorts was left in the big gym on Monday. If the shorts were picked up by mistake please return to the sports office ASAP.
Triathlon Meeting is being held on MONDAY at morning tea. Students that are interested are invited to attend the meeting which will be held in the small gym
Chocolate Bars have arrived. If you would like to sell chocolates to fundraise for sport fees see Mrs Manuel at the Sports Office.

TS Tamatoa​ - Sea Cadets
​​If you are between the ages of 13-15 and enjoy camping, tramping, aviation, target shooting, meeting new people and traveling to new places then come and see us at TS Tamatoa, 160 The Esplanade, Petone on Wednesday the 24th February at 6:30pm.

Student Representative
Nominations for a BOT Student Representative open on Thursday 18 February. Nomination forms can be collected from the Student Office. Nomination's will close at 12 noon on Friday 4 March 2016 and should be accompanied by a Candidate’s Statement.

Victoria University Planning
Year 13 students planning to go to university next year i.e. doing at least three achievement standard subjects at level 3, are invited to come to the library next Tuesday 1 March, in LAR time. Victoria University Liaison team will talk about entry to any university in NZ, the degrees they offer and how to fund your study.

Defence Careeers Experience
The Army, Navy and Airforce are combining to offer a 4 day recruiting experience for students interested in a career within the NZ Defence Force. All accommodation, travel and meals are free and it takes place in the next holidays - 18 - 22 April. If you are in Year 12 or 13 and seriously interested in joining one of the forces you should give this a try - Application forms available from the careers office.

Year 13 Victoria Outreach
Programme will start next Friday 4 March in the Library at LAR time. This is for Yr13 students who are taking a level3 course that will allow them to achieve University Entrance this year. If you are not sure about this come and check your subjects in the Career Office with Ms Burton or Ms Greenstreet. You can be planning to attend any university or polytechnic, not just Victoria but you MUST be doing a course that allows you to achieve Uni Entrance. You will learn valuable study skills and strategies to help you achieve well this year and this course gives you the opportunity to apply for Outreach Scholarships.
