Lost Property 
A brand new school jersey was left in the gym on Monday afterschool and a pair of LA Gear white gym shoes were found in the gym. These items can be collected from the sports office.

Victoria University 
Outreach programme is for any Year11 students who have the goal of attending university. Victoria University sends 2 lecturers to Naenae College one LA time a week to work with a group of motivated Year11 students teaching them new skills to help achieve NCEA level1. You will also learn how to get into university. If you would like to learn more about this programme and apply, come to an Information Meeting in the library at Tuesday 17/2 LA time - 11am. The programme lasts all year once a week.

Victoria Outreach - Year 13
There is a meeting for all Year 13 students who would like to be involved in the Yr13 Victoria University Outreach programme this year. You MUST be doing a course in 2015 that allows you to achieve University Entrance. This means you can achieve all of NCEA level 3 [ 60 credits ] and are taking at least 3 approved subjects with achievement standards at level 3. You will have one meeting a week with Victoria Uni staff all year. Meet in the library at Wed 18/2 LA time.

Softball
Boys training Tuesday lunchtime out on the field by the PE office. Please bring your glove and be on time (1.30pm)

Sport Practices/Meetings For The Week
TUESDAY afterschool - Ultimate Frisbee practice.
WEDNESDAY at lunchtime - Junior Girls Touch Trials on the field; Waka ama meeting in the small gym; Ki o rahi practice on the field; and junior mixed futsal in the small gym.
WEDNESDAY afterschool - Junior Boys Touch Trials on the field
THURSDAY - Handball trials in the big gym and Ki o rahi practice on the field all at lunchtime.
FRIDAY - Smallbore Rifle Club meeting at lunchtime in the small gym and

Junior One Futsal
Junior 1 Futsal team have a training on the courts at lunch tomorrow.

Homework Centre
We will start Homework Centre informally this week, Wednesday 3.30-5 and have a formal opening ceremony next week. Leaders, please come along and anyone else wanting to be part of this come along and pick up your contracts.
Still looking for leaders for Homework Centre. If you want to be involved in this, see or get your name to Mrs Sellwood in Room 7A BY or BEFORE Wednesday 18 February.

Lost Cellphone
A black apple IPhone was lost outside the counsellors office at lunchtime today. Please can you hand this in to the student centre or front office. Thank you

MAIBIZ
YEAR 12 and 13 - our 3 day business competition - MAI BIZ - is happening early this year! 80 senior students will be spending 3 whole days in the Assembly Hall in 2 weeks time. 
You will learn all sorts of amazing skills in a totally different way - and have the best 3 days of the year. You can also pick up 3 level 2 credits by filling in a small booklet as you go.
Ms Burton and Mrs Wilton will be coming round classes to tell you all about this opportunity next week.
