The sports draw is displayed on the Sports office window and door. Please check the draw for your game times this week
Junior Boys Volleyball practice is 3:15pm to 5pm
Junior Tennis practice has been moved to Wednesday lunchtime. Meet at the sports office at lunchtime.

School Athletics
ALL Learning Advisors please read!
School Athletics - will take place Wednesday 27th Feb (aside from the longer running events), the timetable is as follows;

Monday lunchtime - 800m
Tuesday morning (8am) - 1500m & 3000m
Wednesday - Period 1 - All senior events
Period 2 - All junior events
Junior entries will be taken in their PE/Health classes. Seniors must sign up at lunchtimes with the teacher on gym duty. No student will be allowed to sign up on the day. Entries close off Friday 22nd Feb.

Big Gym Lunchtime
The BIG GYM is now open at lunchtimes. Students will need to swap a 'valuable' for gear, which will be returned at the end of lunch. All gear from the BIG GYM must stay in the big gym, it is not to be taken outside. No school shoes to be worn in the big gym.

Hutt Waterpolo Club is offering free skills sessions to students under 14 years. This will be held on Friday nights from 6:15 pm to 8:30pm. If you are interested, register at the sports office.

Naenae College Chorale:
This vocal group was awarded a special award for their waiata performance at the 2018 Big Sing Competition. We are welcoming new members to gear ourselves up for another round of competitions. 7 NCEA credits available. (Male and Female singers wanted)

Starts this week - Room 4 - Wednesday lunch time. All are welcome, beginners and experts. Come see Mr Turi if you are interested.

Otago Junior Mathematics Competition
The Otago University Junior Mathematics Competition is coming up and we are seeking entries from all Year 9 - 11 students who enjoy problem solving who want to give it a go. Please let your Maths teacher or Mr Vickers know to let them know if you're wanting to compete. The competition will be held in early April.
