Year 12 Day at Victoria University - Year 12 Day at Victoria University is on Thursday 13 June. See Ms Burton or Mrs Wilton in the Careers Office if you would like to come. Remember to get University Entrance you need to be doing a full achievement standard programme. You will need to be doing at least 4 achievement standard subjects to come.
Otago University Information Evening - University of Otago are holding an Information Evening this Thursday 30 May 7.30pm to 9.45pm in the Deloitte Gallery in Westpac Trust Stadium. It is worth going and taking your parents as you will learn a lot more about the Residential Halls
40 Hour Famine - 40 hour Famine is coming up next week 7-9th June. It officially starts at 8:00pm on Friday night and finishes midday on Sunday - you can adjust these times if you need to for a good reason e.g. a sports game or work. Register online at www.famine.org.nz/40-Hour-Famine Join Naenae College's group, pick your team and get online sponsors. Money can be collected after the famine. Remember you don't just have to do the food famine, there's no talking, no technology or anything else you can think of! Get as many sponsors as you can and go hard out for the hungry! Senior Choir Assembly Performance - please come promptly to M11 (Performing Arts) at 10:30am for a warm up. Drums , mic, tambourines should be collected before this. Senior Choir Assembly Performance at 11:00am. BIG SING tomorrow (Wed 5 June) students must report to Mr Pegler or Mrs van Asch at 8:30am in correct performance uniform. $40 is the fee for the year. A minium of $10 must be paid to gain entry onto the bus.
Sports General - Table Tennis - Due to lack of players available for the Hutt Competition there will be no team.
Sport Socks are available at the sports office for $15 each.
