Sport's Notice
Sport's draws will be posted on the noticeboard at lunchtime today
Inter school Skateboarding Challenge - If you are interested in competing at the 1-day event on the 18th September, then register your interest at the sports office 
Lost Property - A school jersey with the name Paige Foster was left in the hall on multicultural day. A pair of sz 7 Grizzley black shoes were in the girls changing rooms of Friday. If you find these items, please return to the sports office.

Homework Centre 
Wednesday's and Thursday's 3.30-5-00 in the Library. This term - a special bonus! Mentors are offering targeted tutoring. So if you're looking to fill in gaps, or give your learning a boost, here's a good place to go. Even weeks (2.4.6 etc) these subjects are offered: Maths, English, ICT, Physics, Accounting, Economics, Biology, Calculus, German; Odd weeks (3,5,7 etc) these subjects are offered: Maths, Biology, Geography, Drama, Chemistry, Accounting, Economics, History and English. If you haven't joined up yet, pick up a contract.

Maori Success Evening
Tomorrow Wednesday 6th August 6.30pm everyone welcome JS/CL

Year 10 EOTC:
Congratulations to those who got their choices in for EOTC (and who ranked them rather than ticked them). We need more choices forms into the Student Centre. Copies available from the Student Centre if you did not get on or it is lost. Prize to the LAR with the highest number in by the end of the week. Those already in have the first choice on trips so be in quick. 10ALO has got more in than any year 10 so far. Well done you guys!!!

Sustainability Film Challenge
For all those out there who are interested in making films, The Someday Challenge is to make a short sustainability-related film. It can be any genre, filmed with any camera and any length up to five minutes. You can enter as an individual or a team. Here is their invitation to you:
Speak up, be heard, tell a story, wow an audience, connect with nature, grow your culture, imagine, innovate and create the future, build a world of peace, justice and equity, be a citizen by sustaining our planet and our people. Make change with film. The deadline for entries is 12 September 2014.

Senior Formal
All Year 12 and 13 student's. This is the last week for you to pay off your formal ticket/s of $85. If you are having trouble paying for this ticket please speak to Mr Fuller or Jordana at the library during lunch.

Football Field
The first 11 football girl's are playing the semi final's tomorrow Wednesday. PLEASE KEEP OFF THE SOCCER FIELD DURING INTERVAL AND LUNCHTIME. The field needs to be in tip top condition in order for the game to go ahead on Wednesday. Thank you

The Great Candidate Debate
On August the 20th, you have the chance to witness and be a part of the first ever candidate debate held at Lower Hutt Little Theatre (next to the War Memorial Library). The doors will open at 6.30, while the debate will begin between 7-9 FREE ENTRY. Come join us and grill the men and women who think that they have what it takes to represent YOU in parliament. Senior Choir
Well done to all of you who came along last Thursday lunchtime to Senior Choir. It was great to see you all and to get started again. See everyone this Thursday lunchtime, learning a new song for the new performances we have coming up this term and next.

Mai Biz Booklet's
If you want to achieve the 3 credits the following students need to come to the Careers Office to work on their Mai Biz booklet . Even if they have already been you need to come again.

NZQA Fees 
Are now due for payment. The fees for 2014 are $76.70 per student. If you qualify for and complete a financial assistance form this lowers the fee to $20 per student or $30 for a family. The final day for payment of these fees is Wednesday August 20. If you do not pay your fees you do not receive your credits. Please pay at the main office ASAP see your LAR teacher, the main office or Mr Fuller for a financial assistance form please do this during interval and lunchtimes.
