The Careers Office are extending an invitation for Y13 students to participate in the Wellington Tertiary Open Day
This will be a great opportunity for students to have a look around some of the Wellington campuses, talk to tutors, learn more about the different programmes offered from level 4 cert to level 7 bachelors degree. There will be in-class demonstrations where they can interact with current students and there will also be presentations running every hour from 10am about what courses you study and discussions about future career paths.
Date: Friday August 23 August Time: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm Venue: Wellington Travel: Bus cost: free. If you wish to attend this event, please see Mr Maclean asap to register your interest

First Aid Course
We have spaces available for any Y13 students who wishes to complete a First Aid course. Course runs over 2 days - 29/30 August

SHE Trust Scholarships 
Now open. The Scholarship offers grants to financially assist women. Application brochures and information available from Mr Maclean in the Careers Office

Barbershop Singing
Barbershop this Wednesday after school. If you enjoy singing and want to have fun while doing so then come check it out. Open to students and teachers.

Bake Sale
Monday 12th at lunchtime. There will be lots of yummy food for purchase including chocolate slices; cup cakes; cookies; ambrosia and more.....nothing over $2
All proceeds will support the premier netball team to attend North Island netball tournament in September.

Junior Badminton In-House Competition
"King or Queen of the Court" competition is being held on Thursday after school for the next two weeks. Come along and join in the fun!
