Snapper Card found in the small gym. Please collect this from the Sports Office
There are NO Netball, Badminton and Senior Basketball games this week.
Netball practice for teams 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 is afterschool TODAY from 3:15pm to 4:30pm. All Players are to attend
Sport Socks and Rugby Shorts are $10 each. Please pay at the front office and take the receipt to the sports office. 
Winter Sport fees are due! Payments by AP is fine. Unpaid fees may result in NO PLAY from next week

Victoria Outreach for Y11 students is on today as per usual

Careers Expo
“ALTERNATIVE PATHWAYS TO UNIVERSITY” (NEXT WEDNESDAY 6th JUNE)
Sacred Heart College, St Bernard’s College, Hutt Valley High School, Naenae College, St Oran’s College and Chilton Saint James School have organised a combined schools careers event highlighting “Alternative Pathways to University” Exhibition. 
Our goal is to introduce our senior students to the broad range of opportunities available to them when they leave school and to ensure they have a good understanding of apprenticeships, diploma courses and training while working. 

WHERE: WALTER NASH STADIUM, TAITA LOWER HUTT
WHEN: WEDNESDAY 6TH JUNE 9.30 am – 5 pm (3 pm – 5 pm Open to family and friends)
THURSDAY 7TH JUNE 9.30 am – 3 pm

Students from the above schools will attend this event during school time over the two days. 
Family and friends are welcome to attend between 3pm and 5pm on the Wednesday.

Poly Club 
Practices will run on these days until Week 8 of Term 2.
Monday (BOYS ONLY): 3.30-5pm in the hall
Wednesday: 3.00-5.30pm in the marae
Thursday: 3.30-5.30pm in the hall
Lists have been finalised. Poly Club lists will be posted up in the R10 window in Week 3. See Mr Tiria for more info.

Korean Lessons
Are you interested in learning Korean? Ms Kim is inviting students who want to learn Korean through K-pop and Korean dramas. The class will be in Room 19 at lunchtime every Friday, starting on June 8th. You don't need to take anything. Just come along.

Filipino Community

Kia Ora! Magandang Araw Po!
This Saturday 2 June, the Filipino Community in the Wellington Region will be holding its flagship event. The Philippine Festival "FilTrip2018" at Walter Nash Centre in Lower Hutt. One of its key events is the holding of a "Future Leaders Forum" for Filipino-Kiwi Youth and all Youth. The Forum will consist of two parts, talks with (A) Representatives of Wellington Cities (10 - 11am) and (B) Representatives of NZ Political Parties(11am - 12pm)) Representatives will be asked to discuss what are the youth engagement and leadership opportunities offered by their respective cities and parties. All students are invited to attend the Forum. Certificates of attendance will be awarded.

Kapahaka
There is a practice for Kapahaka in the marae at lunch time Wednesday. Girls in the Wharenui and Boys in the Wharekai.

Vibe
Are you 16-17 and life is abit wild? Shannan from VIBE is based at NNC an is around to support you. If you feel like you need some help figuring out things with your teachers, managing time, figuring out life, or someone just to kinda kick your butt when it comes to school - then holla! we also do random lunches, and can support you to get your license!. come visit Shannan Monday, Wednesdays, Thursday or Friday during interval opposite Room 5 see if VIBE could help you out.

A black phone was found on the rugby field last week. It has been handed into the front office. Please describe the phone if it is yours.

Found in the gym - Blue 'Zone' Jacket, size 14 school white shirt, school shoes and black Nike NY jacket. Collect from the sports office if yours.
