This Week's Sports Notice
THURSDAY & FRIDAY - Junior Girls Touch Practice on the field at lunchtime. FRIDAY - Fishing meeting in the small gym at lunchtime MONDAY 9th - Junior Boys Touch Practice on the field at lunchtime

Triathlon - Students competing in the CSW Triathlon tomorrow are to meet in the small gym at the start of lunch today.
Ki o rahi - Congratulations to the 16 players selected to represent Naenae at the Nationals in April. There is a practice today at lunchtime with Troy. 
U15 Rugby - Boys interested in playing rugby this year are to meet in the small gym at INTERVAL today

Athletics New Notice (Week 6)
Due to there being no sand in the long jump pit last Thursday, the LONG JUMP event for ALL GIRLS and JUNIOR BOYS will now be on this THURSDAY LUNCHTIME. In addition the 200m for Junior Boys & Girls, will also be run THURSDAY LUNCHTIME. Please note if you are in a track and field event at the same time, compete in your track event first!!
To ALL athletes, please make sure YOU note your times and days of your events. For those wishing to practice their events for the Hutt Valley Sec Schools meet (week 7), throwing implements will be available from 7.45am until 8.20am, Tuesday to Friday. Please see me if you are not sure if that is you :)

Free Workshop Toi whakaari
The Goethe-Institut New Zealand and Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School are delighted to be able to offer a free workshop with Artist-in-Residence Uta Plate as part of Wellington City Council's 'Parks Week'. Uta is a German director and educational theatre practitioner who was based at the Schaubuehne am Lehniner in Berlin for over 15 years. Her work has taken her all over the world working with people of all ages and cultures. This free workshop will take place in Prince of Wales Park on Saturday the 14th of March. Competition Library
Come into the library and create your spine poem using our library books. Snap a photo and email it to Mrs Waenga or she can take a photo of it for you. For ideas look at the notice board or come into the library. The best poem wins a $20 West field voucher - competition closes 20 March 2015

Hairdressing Work Experience
Are you interested in being a Hairdresser when you finish school??? If you would like to gain some hairdressing skills and try some work experience see Ms Burton in the Careers Office.

Auto Refinishing Panel Beating Course
Weltec is offering a 7 day course in Petone next term - you can gain 4 level 2 credits and 3 level 3 credits. If you are interested in cars this is the course for you - only offered once this year. See Ms Burton or Mrs Wilton in the Careers Office asap

YEAR 11 Victoria University Outreach Programme
it is not to late to join up with the UNIVERSITY OUTREACH programme this year. Anyone who wants to learn some more skills to help pass NCEA leve onel can come along to the LIBRARY this Wednesday LA time. ALL YR11s WELCOME

Victoria University Liaison Visit
Year 13 students planning to go to any university in NZ should come along to the library next Tues LA time to find out about entry qualifications and the range of degrees that Victoria offers.
