Report Day 
Wednesday 12 August - School will close at 1.20pm after period 3

School Reports will be issued in the Canteen. All staff will be available in the Hall from 2.00pm to 5.20pm and 6.00pm to 8.00pm. No appointment required.

Now due. Last day for payment is Friday 14th August. If not paid by due date their will be a late penalty fee of $50. If you have a community card please pick up a form from the front office for financial assistance which will only cost $20 or $30 for two or more students in the same family. Full price is $76.70

Senior Formal 
Permission slips have been handed out to the LARS. This form needs to be filled out and handed back to Manee in the Library along with the $85 for the formal ticket BEFORE the 14th of August. Extra permission slips can be collected from the Library at lunch time.

Sport Notices
Junior netball practice after school today.
Senior Waterpolo game is cancelled tonight
Midnight Madness Race - Butterfly Creek, Eastbourne on Saturday 26th September 7.7km or 15.4km run and a climb. Collect information from the Sports Office
Senior Rugby 7's team - Senior boys interested in playing the school rugby 7's team are invited to register at the Sports Office
North Island Paintball Tournament t - If you are interested in competing in this tournament on the 19th & 20th of September then pick up an information sheet and register at the Sports Office

Students in 10E who are doing the Linear Algebra reassessment should attend a tutorial in lunch time today (R19). The assessment is tomorrow after school in R21.

Clothing Drive
Do you have any old, unwanted, clean and tidy clothes that you no longer want??? 
A group in 9W are looking to take these clothes off your hands and give them to others that need them.

Where: There will be a box in the library to put your clothes in
When: From Monday 3rd August - 17th August

BECA Engineering Careers Open Day
BECA is one of NZ's biggest engineering firms. This Open Day on Friday 21 Aug will help you decide which sort of engineering is for you. It is open to Yr11 to 13 students doing a full science course. If you are interested come to the Careers Office to put your name down asap.

She Scholarship
This scholarship is open to any Lower Hutt girls going on to tertiary education - University or Polytechnic. Application forms in the careers Office now.
