Pōwhiri to welcome new students and whānau.
Years 11-13 course confirmation for those students with gaps or changes. Students who do not require a change to their subjects are not required to attend.
8:45 am All Year 9 and new Year 10-13 students and their whānau assemble at the main gates
9:00 am Pōwhiri commences
9:30 am Whānau to Marae for morning tea, Year 9 students to inner quad for morning tea
10:15 am Whānau and Year 10-13 can depart. Year 9 to Hall
10:45 am Year 9 to LAR
12:15 pm Lunch (bring your own)
1:00 pm Year 12 course confirmation changes or gaps (in the Library)
1:25 pm Year 9 to LAR
2:00 pm Year 11 and 13 course confirmation changes or gaps (in the Library).
3:05 pm End of Day.
Tuesday 3 February
All students at school – school lunches start
8:45 am Year 9 to LAR
9:50 am Year 10 and 11 Assembly in the Hall
10:50 am Interval
11:10 am LAR class, Year 12 and 13 Assembly in the Hall. Year 10 Sports and Music signup
12:30 pm Lunch. Year 11 to 13 Sports and Music signup
1:05 pm Period 4 timetable starts
2:05 pm Period 5
3:05 pm End of Day.
Wednesday 4 February and Thursday 5 February – Normal School Day
Please remind your student to check their timetables to know what books or gear they need for the day.
Friday 6 February – Waitangi Day – Public Holiday
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the school office which will be staffed until 12 December 2025 and will then re-open on 20 January 2026.
